Sales Administration
As an Admin you will be a responsible for reporting, analytics and overall assurance that all SLAs (service level agreements) are being achieved daily.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, flexible, solution-oriented, and curious. They should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. An understanding of excel will be beneficial. Must be able to fulfill general administrative duties regularly.
You will be responsible for conducting data cleaning and data quality management. Maintain appropriate documentation. Analyze and organize large amounts of information that will be communicated to the customer.
You will Plan work activities thoughtfully to ensure project and deliverable deadlines are met.
